You are going to love this idea!
When we create a link we go like this This is a new link?.
Right next to it we add a category: Ex:This is a new link?(Miscellaneous).
When we look at all pages, we find the list of pages and next to them the categories. We click on top of the categories field and bingo we have all the pages sorted by category.
When we view a page, the category is indicated on the left of the title.
Now, if you had a good sub-directory system, things would be even easier. You create a sub-directory and the sub-directory is indicated on the left of the page and you can view all pages by sub-directories.
Well both systems could work.
